Your Warranty

For the first year after repairs are completed, any problems which occur as a result of EFS defective workmanship or materials, or foundation failure in a repaired area will be repaired.

At the one year anniversary of the repair, we will discuss the provision of a service contract. A service contract can only be offered if repair of the foundation has been comprehensive and all detrimental influences on the performance of the foundation have been addressed. The one year limited warranty and the service contract only cover areas and conditions that have been repaired.

Under the terms of the service contract, for the payment of a small annual fee, the foundation will be annually inspected, and repaired areas of the foundation covered by a performance warranty. The term of the service contract is indefinite, and is transferable to new owners.

Coverage under the performance warranty is triggered by foundation failure. If foundation failure occurs, failed conditions will be repaired, and damages to finishes of the house due to the foundation failure will be remedied.

Coverage of a warranty claim is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable contract.
